Haldeman Kutztown came to my house to pick up my Escape for service. They had online scheduling which was really easy. They send notifications when they're arriving and coming back. This service is great. It's so much easier than having to plan a drop off and pick up while working around work and child care schedules. They had my car for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall fixes, and my car was back in about 5 hours.

One of the most frustrating experiences I have had. Excited to buy a new Bronco and it has been nothing but a nightmare. I have had to return to the dealership 4 times to fix a leaking roof and they have been unable to do it despite assurances that their work would achieve the desired results. I now have trash bags and blankets on the seat to contain the water that continues to leak. Do not go here !!!!
